The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is our priority! We stand behind our work and will repair, at no cost to you, any of our pieces if they don't hold up to normal daily wear. If we can't repair or replace your item to "like new" conditions, we'll be happy to give you a full refund of the purchase price up to 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, we'll be happy to replace the item with an item or items totaling the same price as the returned item. We'll cover the cost of shipping for your return and replacement item(s).

What material are your earring wires made from?
Unless otherwise noted, we only use Nickel Free/Lead Free .925 Sterling Silver. They’re Hypoallergenic and safe for most ears.
I lost one of my earrings. Can I order just one (1) earring instead of an entire new pair? What is the cost?
Yes. One day per month is set aside for important side projects projects such as repairs, replacements, etc. You can order just (1) replacement earring as long as that style is still available in our collection(s) or if we have the supplies in our studio to make it. Please send us a convo through Etsy with a photo of the earring.
The cost is 1/2 of the current retail price, plus shipping. Our standard shipping charge is $3.75 with USPS.
I’m a store owner/buyer and would like to carry your line of jewelry. Do you accept consignment terms.
Although we are in some consignment stores, we are no longer able to accept new consignment or wholesale accounts.
Q: My brass is no longer shinny. It’s getting darker as time goes on. How do I clean it?
A: Your raw brass is going through a natural process called oxidation. All of our orders come with a complimentary 2x2 polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. We also recommend Sunshine brand polishing cloths for cleaning/polishing. They’re inexpensive and available on Amazon.com or RioGrande.com
The least expensive and most accessible way to clean your raw brass or copper jewelry is with white toothpaste (Gel toothpaste won’t work) and a damp cloth. Gently rub the areas you want to clean. Rinse and dry well. Do not clean your gemstones or Blue/Green Verdigris jewelry from our line with this process.

We use raw brass, sterling silver, stainless steel and semi-precious gemstones.
